Located just west of downtown Phoenix - Tolleson, Arizona has transitioned from a City focused on agriculture to a thriving hub for large commercial and industrial companies. Accompanying this growth, came the need for quality education and Tolleson Elementary and Union High School (TUHSD) Districts responded.
Hearne Plaza Parking Garage Lights Up Gilbert
Providing MEP designs for the new 600 space Hearne Plaza Parking Garage was an engineer's dream. Specialty LED lighting was incorporated throughout the garage as well as external LED lighting designs to reflect the aesthetic cohesiveness of the Downtown Gilbert Heritage District.

Topping the Roof of The Watermark Tempe
After years of planning, The Watermark, located on the north bank of Tempe Town Lake, is finally coming to fruition. ESD, in collaboration with Fenix Development, Nelsen Partners, Okland Construction, Hayes Mechanical Inc., and PK Associates LLC is responsible for MEP engineering designs for the 15-acre, mixed-use space.
