The Watermark Tempe
After years of planning, The Watermark, located on the north bank of Tempe Town Lake, is finally coming to fruition. Our firm, in collaboration with Fenix Development, NELSEN PARTNERS, OKLAND CONSTRUCTION, HAYES MECHANICAL INC., and PK ASSOCIATES LLC is responsible for MEP engineering designs for the 15-acre, mixed-use space.
What We Do: Employee Spotlight- Robert Schultz
One of ESD’s plumbing designers, Robert Schultz, has recently passed The Certified Plumbing Design Technician Examination and earned his C.P.D.T. designation. The exam was developed by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers to provide professional recognition of qualified individuals who design plumbing systems.

ESD has a flourishing working relationship with FOX Restaurant Concepts, and are currently working together on the 7th location of Culinary Dropout, located in the heart of downtown Gilbert.
