After years of planning, The Watermark, located on the north bank of Tempe Town Lake, is finally coming to fruition. ESD, in collaboration with Fenix Development, Nelsen Partners, Okland Construction, Hayes Mechanical Inc., and PK Associates LLC is responsible for MEP engineering designs for the 15-acre, mixed-use space.

The City of Flagstaff, AZ is in the process of gaining a new 40,000 square foot City Court Building, which will serve a variety of municipal purposes. Courtrooms, hearing rooms, administration offices, conference rooms and more will be incorporated into the building, as well as on-grade parking.

The new $75 million Omni Hotel, located at Mill and University in Tempe, is well on its way to completion. The full service hotel will be 265,000 gross square feet, including a full kitchen, lounge, gift shop, fitness center and full amenity deck equipped with swimming pools and an outdoor bar.
