Flagstaff's New City Courthouse in Construction

The City of Flagstaff, AZ is in the process of gaining a new 40,000 square foot City Court Building, which will serve a variety of municipal purposes. Courtrooms, hearing rooms, administration offices, conference rooms and more will be incorporated into the building, as well as on-grade parking. ESD is providing the MEP designs and LEED® Design Support, alongside our Architectural partner CGL Companies and Kinney Construction Services, as the city hopes the $16 million project will achieve LEED® Silver requirements.
