ENR Selects 'The Grand 2' + 'Union Tempe' for 2019 Mixed-Use Projects

ENGINEERING NEWS-RECORD held its '2019 Regional Best Projects Awards' this past Friday, and ESD is happy to announce that we had two winning mixed-use projects!

ESD completed the MEP designs for The Grand 2, in collaboration with LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY and DAVIS ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN. We also designed the electrical systems for UNION TEMPE, which was chosen for “Best Office/Retail/Mixed-Use Project” and we had worked with SUNDT CONSTRUCTION, INC. and THE OPUS GROUP.
